Air volumetric weight = L × W × H ÷ 6000 per carton. Sea freight is charged by CBM.
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order value is LKR 25,000 — China Agent is a business platform. Smaller orders are welcome with a small order convenience fee. Suppliers also have their own minimum quantities (MOQ), and we can often combine orders from several suppliers into one shipment to keep costs down.
How long does delivery take?
Air is faster and sea is cheaper. Your quote shows the expected transit time for each, and you can follow every milestone in the app.
What does DDP include?
Goods, freight, Sri Lanka import duty and taxes, customs clearance and delivery to your address, all in one LKR price.
How do I know a supplier is real?
We check business licences, factory photos or video and references before you pay, and inspect goods before they ship.
Can some products not be imported?
Yes. Some goods need approvals or licences in Sri Lanka. The import eligibility checker in the app flags this, and we confirm it in your quote.
How do I pay?
In rupees, in two parts: the goods value when you place the order, and the customs duties, cargo, local delivery and our fees when your goods arrive in Sri Lanka. Pay from your China Agent wallet or by bank transfer. We pay the Chinese supplier for you.
